We are living in unprecedented times, and things change daily—sometimes more frequently.  Amid the uncertainty that we are all experiencing, we continue to adapt, evolve, and do our best to address the current challenges resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Your safety, well-being, and continued success are our top priorities and we are committed to keeping you informed during this process.

We are sympathetic to your situation. We are all struggling with how to keep going during this pandemic, and none of us has all the answers.  These are really tough times for everyone.  Please be assured that all CSM faculty are working hard to try to support students as best they can. Nobody saw this coming.

Here are a few reminders about recent decisions affecting students:

CSM will remain in a Remote Operations or Restricted Operations mode through August 16, the last day of summer sessions. This time may be extended if it is not yet safe for us to return to our campuses. Access to CSM’s campuses is restricted to pre-approved and authorized personnel.

CSM will continue to communicate with our communities often to keep everyone apprised of any additional changes that are made in these unprecedented times.

Summer and Fall Classes

You can register now for summer and fall. Summer classes will continue all online until August 16.

All classes during the Fall 2020 Semester will be taught primarily in a virtual environment. There will be differences in how CSM’s various course offerings will be presented in one of three categories based on teaching and learning methods.

Learn More

We will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation, and online learning may be extended if called for.

Student Support Services

An updated resource page is available on the website for students to be able to access information about the IT Help Desk, myLearning, and online availability for tutoring, advising, and counseling.

COVID-19 Reporting Form Available Online

We ask that any CSM student or employee who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or any other respiratory illness or who have had contact with someone who was identified as having COVID-19 to complete the COVID-19 ID Form.
